Father God,

Today, I pray that You would have mercy on Your children in this nation, that we would not be deceived by those inside the church or outside the church who want to remove the Your influence through the church on the laws of our nation.

We are called to be a witness to the world of Your glory.

We are called to take every thought captive to Your will.

We are called to speak truth in all settings of our daily walk.

We are to tear down the gates of hell.

We are to proclaim God’s sovereignty over every aspect of life.

We are to love one another so that the world knows we belong to You.

Grant that we may see clearly how to vote, how to advocate for righteousness, how to resist wickedness, how to care for the persecuted, and how to stand for Your Word in all of life. Let us never forget that it all belongs to You and we are only stewards of these gifts.
