Father God,

Today, I pray that You would lift up those who honor Your Name, those that have sacrificed to follow Your ways, those that turn their feet from evil. I pray that You would make their faces shine in the midst of the darkness. I pray that You would strengthen their legs to stand tall. I pray that You would give breath that they might speak Your Truths to the world with clarity and power.

I pray that You would keep their hearts pure from the compromises and temptations of those around them who offer the ongoing slight deviations from Truth that eventually lead far from You. I pray instead for the gates of hell to crumble before the march of Your children. I pray for their victory over all that comes against them.

I pray that I would would be counted in this number and that we would see the deliverance of our Lord and Savior in the land of the living with an outpouring of daily bread.

In Christ’s Name,

Amen.
