Father God,

Today, I pray that You would answer the prayers of Your children for wisdom in whatever form we need it. So many are seeking just to understand Your Word so that they can walk through the day in righteousness. So many are dealing with specific questions for specific times in their lives so they can stand for truth. So many are following You in these ways yet have decisions before them that are not a question of right or wrong, and need Your Spirit to guide them.

In each of these, our wisdom, our knowledge, our experience, our abilities fall short. We do not see, nor know, nor understand the depths of our days as You do. We are dependent on Your Hand to guide, on Your light to reveal, Your Wisdom to teach us.

As we wait for Your Spirit to answer these prayers, also give us peace to trust Your Provision. As we receive Your guidance through Word and Spirit, give us courage to go forward with the carrying out of Your Truth. As we move forward in peace with courage, give us victory in overcoming the darkness of the world that comes against You and against us. As we move in Your wisdom, provide us the fruits of walking in Your ways in all things.
