Father God,

Today, I pray that we, as Your children, would worship You in spirt and in truth. I pray that we would come before You in Colossians 3:23 doing all things for Your glory rather than seeing our worship as confined to a set period on Sundays. I pray that we would see that our daily one-anothering is part of our worship as we love those made in Your image. I pray that our love for Christ would manifest in our obedience to His commands.

May we go beyond a liturgy of a day to a liturgy of our week in which all that we do honors You. Forgive us for our holding back our lives that should be lived in gratitude for the saving work of Christ done for us.
